The staff was cute and provided fantastic customer service throughout my stay, making me feel at home.

The quality of breakfast has noticeably declined compared to past visits, disappointing.

the staff was really helpful, they blew my mind. there were an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a tv set in my double room. the room was protected with safe.

Booked lovely room that was kept very clean everyday. The most important was the staff - pleasant and helpful people. The location offered was excellent and comfortable short walk to Nairobi and the centre of town. It also was convenient to access from the airport.

I can't believe how bad the breakfast was, i almost choked on my disappointment. My shower was just a cold trickle-definitley not what i expected. Is it too much to ask for a complimentary upgrade when these little things go wrong? I woudl ve been pleased to leave a good review, but alas, here we are.

The room was reasonably spacious and it had a shower, towels, and slippers, that's cool. Private bathroom.

I was happy with hotel's excellent location close to the central business district. A twin room included a safe box, multi-channel television, and a seating area. I really enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed: D

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The staff was genuinely cute, treating me like family. Plus, the in-house restaurant was a good surprise. I enjoyed every meal there!

Unfortunately, there were a few downsides . The hotel was in need of maintenance and upgrading, particularly in the common areas, as some security lighting in the corridors was not functioning. The breakfast was quite disappointing, lacking in variety and freshness, which took away from the overall experience.

Staying at Ack Guest House Nairobi was enjoyable. The atmosphere was friendly and cute. I particularly appreciated the attentive staff, who provided excellent service.

Staying here was a treat thanks to its close proximity to well-known attractions like Uhuru Park, just over 4 km away, as well as the Nairobi National Museum around 2 km away. I also enjoyed the cozy in-house restaurant that had delightfully tasty meals.

the only downside was the limited restaurant choices nearby (i would have loved more options! ). however, the in-house restaurant was fantastic (really enjoyed dinner! staff were super helpful and made me feel at home.

I stayed in a decently sized room that got cleaned every day. the staff knew their stuff and were really professional. Plus, the spot was perfect - right in the heart of everything! 🌟.

The rooms were clean. the beds were comfortable. the hotel was in a quiet location really close to Nairobi city centre and Kenya. Professional staff offered us wake up calls and ironing services.

Accommodation is clean and the staff demonstrates really good friendliness. While the in-house dining is enjoyable with tasty English muffins, I experienced persistent issues with the internet connection, and the hard pillows made sleep less comfortable. The shower only had cold water, disappointing. The area felt secure and the staff was always ready to assist with any concerns.
